These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VartaBot. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using VartaBot you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using VartaBot on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use VartaBot. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at support@vartabot.in if you suspect any unauthorised use.
The service
VartaBot is a no-code, rule-based chatbot platform. Today the bot responds using rules, keywords, buttons, conditions, and flows that you configure — it is predictable and under your control. Features are described on our website and may evolve over time as we improve the product.
Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the chatbots you build, the content they send, and the personal data they collect from your visitors. You must have a lawful basis to collect that data, provide any required notices to your visitors, and comply with applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically for the billing term you select until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance and, except where required by law or stated otherwise, are non-refundable beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee offered on paid plans. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing term.
Pilot and trials
We may offer pilot access, trials, or early-adopter deals with specific limits or conditions. These are provided on an as-available basis and may change. Any usage limits stated for a plan or deal (such as monthly message caps) apply as described at signup.
Acceptable use
You may not use VartaBot for spam, harassment, fraud, illegal content, or anything that infringes others rights; you may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
Intellectual property
VartaBot and its software, design, and trademarks are owned by us and our licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our brand or technology except the limited right to use the service as intended.
Third-party services
VartaBot may integrate with third-party tools (for example messaging, CRM, or automation platforms). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; see our Status page for live system health. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using VartaBot and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated in advance through the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
